The Covid19 Crisis being the coronavirus pandemic, poses many challenging concerns in addition to the inherent personal health and safety risks. With so many laws involving the rights and responsibilities owed between the government and the public, businesses and customers, landlords and tenants, private citizen and private citizen, the fodder for legal issues in normal times is nearly endless. Add in a pandemic with government orders per the Emergency Management and Civil Protection Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.
